Something is always cooking at DCC...
December was a busy month at DCC. We had several large parties and are looking forward to a new year.
Owned and operated by Executive Chef Sherry Pena, Sherry has worked with all types of food mediums and her presentation style catering has been a favorite among her long list of satisfied customers.
"You did a fabulous job and got rave reviews last night and this morning. People were impressed with the food, its presentation, and the service. Several people mentioned pleasing interactions with your staff and more than one person remarked upon how seamless the whole event seemed. A big wow factor. And two people asked for your name and number!" - KLP of Rancho Mirage
